Peace from
Insanity
Peace from Insanity shares poetry that inspires all of us to look both outward at humanity and within ourselves for the answers on how to attain peace in a chaotic world.
A Word From The Author
Jesse M. Arzate was first inspired by a Robert Frost poem when he was just six years old. He is the father of two and currently resides in Bakersfield, California. Peace from Insanity is his second book.
There are oceans between us.
Not those that divide lands,
but those that divide us
with powerful emotions.

About The Book
Peace from Insanity
Jesse Arzate knows life is an interesting journey full of twists and turns, ups and downs, and black and white moments that are sometimes unclear. Inspired by his desire to know more, he has developed a passion for encouraging others to observe humanity and then do what they can to live within a peaceful world.
In a collection of free verse, tArzate explores the sane and insane moments we all experience at one time or another in our lives. His poems reflect on how the colors on a canvas can create a masterpiece but yet the colors of a skin can create racism, why power and money in the hands of some is like matches in the hands of an arsonist, why faith is deceiving to the heart, and whether it is possible to live within a world of kindness and forgiveness.
Peace from Insanity shares poetry that inspires all of us to look both outward at humanity and within ourselves for the answers on how to attain peace in a chaotic world.

What Readers Are Saying
Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accu santium doloremque lauda ntium.
With his poems, Arzate contemplates a mixture of dreams and fears. In “My Faith” he sadly ponders the familiar segregation of humans versus living in a collective existence. “Peace” is an appeal to prove the poet wrong that peace is unattainable. “Black Rose” subtly hints that sometimes darkness is strong enough to penetrate the light. “Love” beautifully conveys the juxtaposition of the wide availability of love to those who lack it. And the title poem, “Peace from Insanity,” is a prayer for a potential peace that awaits in the heavens, a life free from the unceasing destruction of earth.

Pacific Book Review
The author masterfully and unapologetically speaks his heart and his view of life and the world time and and again this book. Poetry from whence all poetry should be conceived…the place where our deepest truisms dwell. My hat is off to you, Mr. Arzate. You left nothing unsaid. There is no arguing the depth of your poetry. Blessings to the man.
